The department of primary vocational education is one of the structural divisions of the Technical College of the Tajik Technical University named after M. Osimi and was created by the decision of the Academic Council of the Technical College No. 9 dated 02.29.2016. For 7 specialties after the 9th grade and in 8 specialties after the 11th grade with a decision The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan accepts applicants.
Currently at the department after graduation for 1 year of 9 classes in 3 specialties:
1.3-25015201 – Accountant with computer knowledge,
2.3-37015203 – Electrician for the repair of electric vehicle parts,
3.3-40025201 – Computer systems and Internet technologies
and in the second year in 4 specialties:
1.3-25015201 – Accountant with computer knowledge;
2. 3-37015203– Electrician repairing electric vehicle parts;
3. 3-40025201 – Computer systems and Internet technologies;
4. 3-25015202 – treasurer-controller.
After grade 11, training (1 course) of students in 3 specialties:
1.3-25015201 – Accountant with computer knowledge;
2.3-37015203 – Electrician repairing electrical parts cars;
3. 3-430151 – Technical operation of power plants and networks
From the 2020-2021 academic year, 450 students are studying at the primary vocational education department, of which 388 are boys and 62 girls. 58 people study in free groups, 392 in paid ones. The educational process at the department of primary vocational education is organized in two shifts, classes for students are equipped with the necessary visual aids for practical classes and internships.
A computer class for 15 computers has been created for conducting specialized classes in the specialties 3-25015201 – Accountant with a computer, 3-25015202 – Treasurer – controller, 3-40025201 – Computer systems and Internet technologies. Car electrical equipment conducts specialized courses in classes 41 and 42, which are equipped with teaching aids and auto parts.
Laboratories have been created for specialties 3-39025202 – Radio engineering for the repair of electronic equipment, 3-430151 – Technical operation of power plants and networks, where students conduct practical classes.
All classes of the Department of primary vocational education are equipped with electronic boards on which lectures are held.
In order to improve the quality of teaching, identify talented students and motivate students, at the initiative of the Ministry of Education, weekly subject weeks are held in which students actively participate and occupy a prominent place.
Pupils of the department regularly participated in scientific circles and competitions and took pride of place. At the department of primary vocational education, there is a scientific student club “Sozandagon”, which students of the department hold monthly. Elementary vocational education students actively participate in the college’s sports and cultural activities.
In order to improve the qualifications of students, conduct internships and master educational programs in specialized disciplines, the management of the college with institutions and enterprises: OJSC Avtokolonna 2927, LLC Autoservice and Trade named after Vais “, SUE” Bus-3 “, KB. -2 “, OJSC” Somon-service “, State Unitary Enterprise” Polygraphic complex “Dushanbe and the Republican Center for Information Technologies and Communications under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan signed a bilateral agreement.
In accordance with the instruction of the leadership of the educational institution in the 2020-2021 academic year, the head of the department plans to provide students with a new modern training workshop with computer diagnostic equipment, 1 language room and purchase textbooks.
More than 60 graduates of the 2019-2020 academic year after graduating from the department entered universities and institutes, more than 50 of them continued their studies in technical schools, the remaining students were provided with workplaces in production.
The number of those wishing to study at the primary vocational education department is growing day by day. Due to the increase in the construction of modern and multi-storey buildings in recent years, the demand for maintenance of elevators and electricians for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, we decided to introduce new specialties for the 2021-2022 academic year.
