Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram was born on September 19, 1978 in the village of Rudaki in Vose district. He is a Tajik by nationality.
In 2002, he graduated from the Institute of Taxation and Law with a degree in management. He is an economist by profession and has a higher education.
He began his career in 2002 and from 2002 to 2010, he worked as a teacher at Secondary Educational Institution No. 1 in Vose district.
In 2016–2017, he worked as Deputy Dean for Education at the Faculty of Energy and Medical Engineering of the Technical College of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi. In 2017–2018, he was the head of the Department of Science and Innovation of the same institution.
In 2018–2019, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Transport and Technology, and in 2019–2021, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Energy and Medical Engineering of the Technical College of the State Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi.
In 2021–2025, he served as the Deputy Director for Education at the Technical College of the State Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi.
From March 19, 2025 to the present, he has been working as the Director of the State Educational Institution of the Technical College of the State Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi.
Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram is a member of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan and has been a party member since 2017.
