On March 2, 2026, an IT conference was held in the cultural hall of the Technical College of TTU named after Academician M. Osimi, with the participation of guests, members of the administration, teachers, and students. The conference was organized based on the Message of the Leader of the Nation on the development of the digital economy and innovation, under the theme “IT — the driver of progress in all sectors.”

The conference was attended by the following guests, who delivered presentations: Khairiddin Sakhiev, Head of the SoftClub Academy branch in the Shohmansur district; Najibullo Shamsuddinov, Head of the SoftClub Academy branch in the Sino district; and Muhammadjon Mirzoev, an employee of the SoftClub Academy branch in the Shohmansur district.

The event was opened by the Director of the Technical College, respected Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram, who congratulated the guests and participants and noted that the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, in his Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on December 16, 2025, on the main directions of the country’s domestic and foreign policy, emphasized:
“The rapid development of digital technologies and the expansion of artificial intelligence capabilities in the modern world require the effective use of these achievements in all sectors and their transformation into an additional source of economic growth and export of services.”

It was emphasized that artificial intelligence, as a new stage of technological development, today plays a significant role in economic analysis and decision-making. The use of artificial intelligence methods makes it possible to forecast economic processes more accurately and to manage resources more efficiently. The Leader of the Nation’s emphasis on the development of this area indicates that Tajikistan attaches strategic importance to the use of advanced technologies as a means of ensuring innovative development.

Subsequently, Najibullo Shamsuddinov delivered a presentation on “The Development of Various Sectors through the Extensive Use of Artificial Intelligence,” Khairiddin Sakhiev spoke on “Avrotoj: A Model of a Modern Robot with Artificial Intelligence,” and Muhammadjon Mirzoev presented on “The Role of Robots and Artificial Intelligence in the Modern Future.” They noted that under conditions of rapid globalization and modern economic competition, the implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence has become one of the key factors in ensuring sustainable development and the competitiveness of the national economy.

At the end of the event, participants engaged in a question-and-answer session with the modern robot “Avrotoj,” which was connected to artificial intelligence, and expressed satisfaction with its responses.
