On January 6, 2026, in the assembly hall of the Technical College of the Technical University of Tajikistan named after Academician M. Osimi, a scientific-political conference was held on the commentary and explanation of the Message of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon to the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan. This meeting was held as part of promotional and advocating measures to comprehensively study the content of the next Message of the Head of State, and its goal was to increase the level of political, social and civic education of teachers, employees and students.
The event was attended by the following guests: Usmonzoda Muslim, head of the youth department of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, Mavlonnazarov Silmon Siltonazarovich, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor, senior scientific and professorial employee of the Institute of Political Processes, Diplomacy and Globalization Issues of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sodikiyon Umed Alimahmad, deputy chairman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, as well as teachers, employees and students of the Technical College of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan named after Academician M. Osimi.
The event was opened by the Deputy Director of the Technical College of the State Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi, Rahmonali Odinaev, who in his opening speech emphasized that the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as a fateful and strategic state document, determines the main directions of the country’s domestic and foreign policy and provides a reliable basis for the sustainable development of the economy, society, vocational education, education, science and important sectors of society. He noted that in-depth study of the points of the Message is of particular importance for primary and secondary vocational education institutions and plays a key role in preparing highly qualified and competitive specialists. In addition, the head of the youth department of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, Usmonzoda Muslim, noted in his speech that the Message of the Leader of the Nation is a comprehensive development program, in which important issues of statehood, socio-economic development, youth policy, strengthening national unity and raising civic awareness are the focus of attention. It was emphasized that the practical implementation of the instructions and guidelines of the Head of State requires responsibility and active participation from every citizen of the country.
Then, the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the PDPT in the Shohmansur district, Sodiqion Umed Alimahmad, noted in his speech that the next Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan serves as a guide to action for all segments of society, through which priority areas for the development of education, science, economy, industry and social policy have been identified. It was noted that youth, as the driving force of society, should play an active role in implementing the goals specified in the Message.
The representative of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mavlonnazarov Silmon, emphasized in his speech that the Message of the President of the country is not only a political document, but also a practical guide for the sustainable development of the state and society. He noted that the consistent implementation of the instructions and instructions provided in the Message can contribute to raising the standard of living of the population, strengthening social stability and increasing the international prestige of Tajikistan.
It was also announced during the meeting that, at the initiative of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, in honor of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2026 has been declared the “Year of Expanding Welfare and Constructive Works and Strengthening and Strengthening National Self-Awareness and Self-Awareness.” This initiative is aimed at strengthening national values, increasing the sense of patriotism, involving society in constructive work, and developing civic education.
