(Dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan)

The Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, emphasizes:
“Today, with the achievement of independence and the need to define an independent path toward a civilized future, it is time to build an education system based on the rich spiritual, moral, cultural, and psychological heritage of our people, along with national pedagogy and modern global values.”

State independence is the greatest achievement of any nation. Sovereignty is reflected in all areas of life — political, economic, social, and cultural. Educational institutions play a key role in preserving national identity and traditions.

The Government prioritizes the development of science and education, focusing on improving quality and implementing modern technologies.

Independence is the most sacred national holiday. This year marks its 35th anniversary. It symbolizes freedom, dignity, and national identity.

Despite early challenges, the country preserved its unity and defined key strategic goals: energy independence, transport connectivity, and food security.

Significant progress has been made in infrastructure, education, and international relations. More than 2,000 modern schools have been built.

The heritage of our ancestors, based on values of goodness and wisdom, continues to guide us.

Independence is the highest value, and every citizen must contribute to the nation’s development.

President Emomali Rahmon stated:
“A new generation has emerged — free, forward-thinking, and patriotic.”

The people of Tajikistan will continue to develop the country, strengthen its global standing, and build a democratic and just society.
