Dear women of the Technical College,

First of all, on behalf of the administration of the institution, I would like to sincerely congratulate you — the respected women of our college — and through you all women and mothers of our beloved Tajikistan on the wonderful and joyful holiday of Mother’s Day. I wish you happiness, good health, peace, stability, and a prosperous and peaceful homeland.

We are on the eve of a celebration that is dear, honorable, great, unforgettable, and sacred for each of us — Mother’s Day. This word contains immense love and affection, kindness and noble behavior, greatness and humility. In this world, there is no being more sacred, kinder, purer, and more precious than a mother. Our entire existence comes from her, because after the Creator, a mother is the one who gives us life. Thanks to a mother’s self-sacrifice, we were born and became human beings. When we pronounce the word “mother,” we imagine a person whose eyes radiate light that illuminates our path in life.

The greatness of a mother cannot be fully expressed either in words or in writing, because with one hand she rocks the cradle and with the other she moves the world, and paradise lies beneath her feet.

A mother raises her child with great hardship and dedication. She spends sleepless nights beside the cradle, caring for and comforting her child. If there is a mother, there is life for us. Who among us has not heard a mother’s lullaby or been nourished by her pure milk? No fragrance or garden is sweeter than the scent of a mother, and nothing is more precious to her than raising her child.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, in praise of women and mothers, stated:
“A mother deserves the highest respect, appreciation, and love, because for the comfort and well-being of her child she works day and night and strives to ensure that her child grows healthy, educated, and capable of serving society with dignity.”

Indeed, a mother is the angel of life, earthly love, the creator of kindness, the shining sun of the world, the link between generations and centuries, the most sacred miracle, the most valuable treasure, and the light of the home.

The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, especially the respected Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to the role and status of women in governing the country. Today women successfully hold important positions, and in the fields of education and healthcare the majority of employees are women.

It is gratifying to note that in the Technical College 110 women are engaged in educating and training future specialists, while more than 40 women work in maintaining cleanliness and beautification. The college administration expresses sincere gratitude for their dedicated work.

Currently, 334 female students are successfully studying in both state-funded and paid groups in the specialties offered at the college. Many women and girls of the college actively participate in various educational events, competitions, conferences, and sports competitions at district, city, and national levels, thereby enhancing the reputation of our educational institution.

The administration of the Technical College hopes that in the future the women and girls of our institution will continue to contribute actively to improving the educational process, enhancing the quality of education, training qualified specialists, and mastering modern sciences, thereby making the Technical College even more renowned throughout the republic.

Once again, I congratulate you on Mother’s Day — a celebration of respect, appreciation, and love for mothers.

Respectfully,
Director of the Technical College
