Qodirzoda Saidmahdi Saidmusayabi was born on November 26, 1996, in the city of Dushanbe. His field of specialization is power supply engineering.In 2014, he was admitted to the Faculty of Power Supply at the Dushanbe Branch of the National Research Institute “MPEI” (Moscow Power Engineering Institute), and in 2018 he successfully graduated from this institute with a degree in Power Supply Engineering.Since August 2020, he has been working as a Senior Specialist at the Registration Office of the Technical College of Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi, and since November 2025, he has been serving as the Head of the Registration Office of the Technical College of Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi.

Safarzoda Alijon Avaz was born on May 29, 1998, in the city of Kulob. His field of specialization is Geography and Cartography.In 2016, he was admitted to the Faculty of Geography at the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Sadriddin Aini in Dushanbe, and in 2021 he successfully graduated from this university.
From August 2021 to 2024, he worked as an Assistant at the Department of Humanities, and from 2024 to 2025 served as the Head of the Internship (Practical Training) Department.Since 2025, he has been working as a Senior Specialist at the Registration, Consultation and Testing Center of the Technical College of Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi.
