Based on the order of the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 23, 2026, No. 06F/A, a state-standard certificate was awarded to Safarov Ilhomjon Ismoilovich, Deputy Director for Educational Affairs of the Technical College of TTU named after Academician M. Osimi. The certificate confirms that from November 24, 2025, to January 22, 2026, he successfully completed the full training course under the “Curriculum managerALE” program. This program was developed using the international methodology of DVV International “Curriculum managerALE,” consisted of five stages, and was aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of the management staff of secondary vocational education institutions. The total duration of the course was 140 hours.
