On February 11, 2026, an Open Day was held at the Technical College of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi. The event was organized to attract graduates of secondary general education institutions to pursue secondary vocational education and to familiarize them with the fields of study, specializations, material and technical facilities, and educational conditions of the college. Representatives of the college and graduates from secondary schools, lyceums, and gymnasiums of Dushanbe participated in the event.
The college representatives welcomed the graduates and presented them with promotional materials, including the college newspaper, brochures, and other informational publications. During their ознакомление with the college’s material and technical facilities — including classrooms and laboratories, testing centers, the library, book exhibitions, as well as scientific research and cultural and sports achievements — the applicants gained positive and memorable impressions.
Subsequently, a meeting with the graduates was held in the college assembly hall. During the meeting, college representatives introduced the college’s specializations and spoke about the importance of primary and secondary vocational education, science, enlightenment, and language learning for young people. They also highlighted the college’s diverse activities, favorable study conditions, strong material and technical base, and benefits available to students.
