Dear staff, teachers, pupils, and students!

At these truly remarkable historical moments, I sincerely congratulate you and, in your person, the entire noble people of Tajikistan on the arrival of the International Holiday of Navruz, which is being celebrated these days in an atmosphere of peace, tranquility, and high festive spirit. I wish all of you good health!

Indeed, the celebration of Navruz is a sign that spring has come to the ancient and historically fertile land of the Tajik people.

Navruz is one of the greatest, most beautiful, and sacred national holidays of the Tajiks, symbolizing the ancient origins, rich culture, and civilization of the nation. This magnificent celebration has a history of more than six thousand years and has been passed down to us as a valuable heritage from our ancestors.

Thanks to State Independence, the status and significance of Navruz as a beloved national holiday, tradition, and custom have reached a new level. Through the efforts and initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, honorable Emomali Rahmon, Navruz has gained international recognition.

The administration of the technical college, following the noble initiatives of the Leader of the Nation and the government, annually organizes improvement, beautification, cultural, and sports events in the form of competitions among institutional units on the eve of Navruz.

It is worth proudly noting that from one Navruz to another, our educational institution has achieved significant success in all areas of its activities. The quality of education, teachers’ initiative, students’ pursuit of knowledge, provision of modern educational equipment, and participation in cultural and public events, academic competitions, and creative projects have significantly improved, earning the institution recognition across the country.

Navruz is a celebration of the arrival of gentle spring, the revival of nature, and the beginning of agricultural and gardening work. Great poets such as Rudaki, Ferdowsi, and Daqiqi have spoken about Navruz with love and beautifully described spring:

Navruz has come — a new year, new deeds arise,
New joy and blessings fill the heart and skies.
Nature is dressed in garments fresh and green,
The nightingale returns to gardens newly seen.

With the arrival of Navruz, nature puts on a green robe, flowers and plants awaken from their slumber, bringing joy and freshness to people. Every Tajik should take pride in the fact that Navruz has long held a worthy place in our country as a national holiday.

Dear colleagues and beloved students! Once again, I warmly congratulate all of you on this great and joyful celebration — International Navruz, and wish each of you happiness and prosperity.

May the blessed steps of Navruz bring peace, prosperity, stability, and abundance to the land of the Tajiks.

Happy Navruz!
May every day be like Navruz for you!

Respectfully,
Director of the Technical College
