Dear respected teachers and beloved students,

With deep respect and sincere warmth, I wholeheartedly congratulate all of you, and through you the entire noble people of Tajikistan, on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan — the Day of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan. I sincerely wish you success, good health, peace and stability, tranquility, prosperity, and a clear and cloudless sky above you.

As the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, has noted: “…ensuring security, peace and stability of society and national unity for the preservation and strengthening of the achievements of independence and the sustainable development of the national economy requires double responsibility from each of us.”

The National Army of the Republic of Tajikistan was established by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and within a short historical period it has been transformed into a fully developed modern army equipped with advanced units and structures.

The brave and courageous soldiers and officers of the National Army, during difficult times for the Motherland and the nation, demonstrated heroism and devotion, protected the rights and freedoms of citizens, the activities of institutions and organizations, the territorial integrity, security and peace of our beloved Homeland, and honorably passed the tests and trials of destiny.

We firmly believe that the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the support of the noble people of Tajikistan and under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, will continue to protect the borders and the sacred land of our dear country as the apple of their eye.

Once again, I congratulate you on this joyful occasion and wish you happiness, prosperity, success, and strong spirit and health. May peace and tranquility prevail in our beloved Homeland, may children’s laughter be heard, mothers’ smiles shine, people’s faith in a bright future grow stronger, and the song of peace and harmony resound.

Happy National Army Day!

Respectfully,
