Defending the borders and territory of the Homeland is one of the most sacred values that holds a special place in the consciousness of every aware and patriotic citizen. Service in the Armed Forces is not only the fulfillment of a constitutional duty, but also the highest expression of responsibility, honor, and loyalty to the state and the nation.

Throughout its ancient history, the Tajik people have repeatedly fought to protect their ancestral land, preserving national values with courage and bravery. This proud tradition continues today, gaining new meaning in the context of independent statehood.

With the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, solid foundations were laid for safeguarding independence and territorial integrity. Since then, the National Army has gone through stages of formation and development, becoming a reliable and strong state institution. The Armed Forces serve as a dependable shield of the state, playing a decisive role in protecting sacred borders, ensuring national security, and preserving peace and stability.

Today, service in the National Army represents a great school of upbringing, self-awareness, and personal development for young people. Within the military environment, youth acquire not only military skills but also a culture of communication, respect for law, discipline, and responsibility — all of which contribute to shaping a well-rounded personality.

The peace and stability prevailing in the country today are the result of the tireless service of brave soldiers and officers who faithfully perform their duties under diverse climatic and geographical conditions.

Every young man must understand that serving the Homeland is not merely a short stage of life, but a meaningful contribution to the future of the state and the nation.

In conclusion, every young Tajik should regard service to the Homeland as a supreme honor and fulfill this sacred mission with pride and devotion. Only in this way can we preserve our independent state and pass on to future generations a peaceful, prosperous, and flourishing country.
