On 30.12.2025, in the assembly hall of the main building of the Technical College of the Technical University named after Academician M. Osimi, with the participation of the Head of the Department of Secondary Education of the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mahmadalizoda Bobojon, and all teachers and employees of the technical college, the report of the director of the technical college Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram “On the activities of the technical college of the Technical University Technical College of Tajikistan named after Academician M. Osimi in 2025 and priority areas of activity in 2026” was heard.
The director of the technical college, Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram, during his speech, reported to everyone on the work carried out by the college board in 2025, noting that by identifying the existing shortcomings and shortcomings, identifying ways to eliminate them and priority areas for the college’s development, we must work hard and make efforts to ensure the practical implementation of our future plans in 2026, put into practice the instructions and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and make our valuable contribution to improving the quality of education, the process of teaching and educating students.
The director of the college, Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram, noted in his speech that in 2025, a total of: 3 international scientific-theoretical conferences, 10 republican scientific-theoretical conferences, 10 college-level scientific-theoretical conferences, 100 round tables, 69 scientific seminars, 126 scientific circles, 30 scientific societies, and 14 various competitions were organized and held at the college level. Also, in the calendar year 2025, the college’s teaching staff published 3 textbooks, 3 monographs, and 17 educational and educational-methodological manuals.
After the report, the college director, Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram, gave accurate and satisfactory answers to the questions of the members of the Academic Council, teachers and staff, and further noted that the goals and objectives of the management of the technical college are to improve the quality of education and training of students, the enthusiasm of teachers for the teaching profession, create working conditions for teachers and students, provide the college with modern educational tools, involve students and teachers in creative and innovative work, organize documentation in all structural units of the college in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements, and respond with honest work and good education.
During the discussion of the annual report, Mahmadalizoda Bobojon, Head of the Department of Secondary Education of the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Odinaev Rahmonali, Deputy Director for Education, Azimov Kholiqnazar, Deputy Director for Science and Innovation, Ghiyosiev Ikhrom, Secretary of the Academic Council, Boboev Shavkatullo, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Accounting, spoke and noted that despite the shortcomings and shortcomings of the past year, we assess the report of the college director Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram as satisfactory, because the summary of the current academic year proved that the management and staff of the college have the strength and ability to innovate and be creative, and have good work skills and abilities, and have the full opportunity to improve the teaching and education of students. It is hoped that in the future, with the noble initiatives and actions of the college management, the quality of student education and the professional skills of teachers will be improved and our college will become one of the most prestigious institutions in the republic. We consider the perspective plan developed by the college board for the development of the technical college acceptable and are making efforts to implement it.
During the discussion of the report, the speakers noted that the technical college has indeed achieved many significant achievements throughout 2025, and fundamental changes have occurred in all areas of the college’s activities. It was noted that if each college employee eliminates the shortcomings of his work and implements the instructions of the college management regarding the future development of the college, we will achieve even better results. It was noted that taking into account the noble work done by the board, evaluating the college’s activities in 2025 as satisfactory, I can say with full confidence that under the leadership of the professional, organized and caring head Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram, we will achieve remarkable achievements in 2026.
The director of the technical college, Nizomzoda Zokirjon Mukaram, while summing up the issue, added that we must adjust the level of student learning and the responsibility of teachers for education and upbringing in accordance with the requirements of the time, strengthen mutually beneficial relations with universities and colleges of the republic and abroad, increase the number of teachers with scientific degrees, and we should mobilize students and staff to take advanced training courses, strive to acquire modern educational equipment, and organize training in specialties that meet the labor market in college. Most importantly, we should have high organizational skills, be proactive, self-reliant, responsible and conscientious, honest and caring, love our profession, and consider this place of education to be dear and prestigious.
