With great respect and sincere warmth, I congratulate all of you \u2014 our dear students and the fortunate youth of our independent country, beloved Tajikistan \u2014 on the occasion of Youth Day, and I wish you pride and honor, happiness in life, peaceful and clear skies, a prosperous and comfortable home, as well as great success in education and personal development.<\/p>\n
Since the first days of independence, the state youth policy has been at the center of the attention of the state and Government. The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, considers the main goal of the state youth policy to be the education and preparation of qualified personnel, knowledgeable and enlightened specialists, and a generation with a broad worldview and strong patriotic values. The adoption of numerous legal acts on state youth policy, the establishment of the Ismoili Somoni Award, the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Tajikistan, the official declaration of Youth Day, the declaration of the Year of Youth, and the regular organization of youth friendship festivals are among the important measures taken by the Government to achieve these noble goals.<\/p>\n
Indeed, young people are the worthy heirs of the nation, a great creative force and the builders of the future of the state, an active and ambitious part of society, creators of today and tomorrow, a source of new ideas, preservers of their ancient history and culture, an initiative-driven force, and a national treasure. Therefore, the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, calls the youth \u201cthe hope of the future and the golden strategic reserve of the state and nation.\u201d<\/p>\n
Today, our youth are leaders in all spheres of public life, especially in the fields of engineering and technology, which are among the key requirements of the modern era. We are proud that the students of the Technical College are also making a worthy contribution in this direction.<\/p>\n
We are confident that our dear students and patriotic youth will continue, through modern knowledge, broad outlooks, and innovative efforts, to contribute to the expansion of constructive initiatives, the strengthening of our country\u2019s international reputation, the security of the people and the state, peace and stability, and the further reinforcement of the foundations of our national statehood.<\/p>\n
Taking this opportunity, I once again congratulate all of you and the youth of our country on the occasion of Youth Day of Tajikistan and wish you happiness, prosperity, success, achievements, and victories.<\/p>\n
