On April 30, 2026, at the Technical College of TTU named after Academician M. Osimi, in accordance with the instructions of the Chairman of Dushanbe city, respected Rustam Emomali (dated December 10, 2025, No. 805), and with the aim of strengthening awareness and outreach activities as well as properly celebrating the sacred 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, useful meetings and discussions were held with the participation of representatives of the Executive Body of State Authority of Dushanbe city, the Health Department of Dushanbe city, and the Youth and Sports Department of Dushanbe city.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by Sharifzoda Dilovar \u2014 representative of the Department of Religion and Regulation of Ceremonies of the Executive Body of State Authority of Dushanbe city, Alizoda Sitora \u2014 representative of the Health Department of Dushanbe city, Nabizoda Farukh \u2014 representative of the Youth and Sports Department of Dushanbe city, as well as Deputy Director for Science and Innovation Azimov Kholiqnazar, Deputy Director for Educational Affairs Safarov Ilhomjon, Head of the Organizational and Educational Department Rahmonzoda Muhammadsaid, Head of the Culture Department Akramova Nuriniso, deputy deans for educational affairs, teachers, and students of the college.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was opened by Deputy Director for Science and Innovation Azimov Kholiqnazar, who welcomed the guests and emphasized that fostering patriotism among the younger generation, observing the current laws of the country, including the Law on the Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations, and Ceremonies, as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle, are among the main objectives of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then Sharifzoda Dilovar, representative of the Department of Religion and Regulation of Ceremonies of the Executive Body of State Authority of Dushanbe city, spoke about the implementation of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan \u201cOn the Regulation of Celebrations and Ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan\u201d dated 20.06.2024, No. 2048, as well as other legal and regulatory acts related to the regulation of ceremonies and events, the Model Regulation on ceremonies, and the organization of a series of activities aimed at implementing these legal documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

After that, Alizoda Sitora, representative of the Health Department of Dushanbe city, discussed the prevention of negative social phenomena among people, including drug addiction, HIV\/AIDS infection, the use of synthetic psychotropic substances, and other related issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Nabizoda Farukh, representative of the Youth and Sports Department of Dushanbe city, delivered a speech on patriotic education of young people, pride in their nation, preventing youth from joining extremist and terrorist groups and movements, avoiding the wearing of foreign clothing, and promoting the history and culture of the Tajik nation.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the event, an exchange of views took place between students and representatives of the authorities, during which the participants received detailed answers to their questions.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
