Sovereignty is reflected in all areas of life \u2014 political, economic, social, and cultural. Educational institutions play a key role in preserving national identity and traditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4083\" data-end=\"4219\">The Government prioritizes the development of science and education, focusing on improving quality and implementing modern technologies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4221\" data-end=\"4363\">Independence is the most sacred national holiday. This year marks its 35th anniversary. It symbolizes freedom, dignity, and national identity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4365\" data-end=\"4519\">Despite early challenges, the country preserved its unity and defined key strategic goals: energy independence, transport connectivity, and food security.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4521\" data-end=\"4662\">Significant progress has been made in infrastructure, education, and international relations. More than 2,000 modern schools have been built.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4664\" data-end=\"4757\">The heritage of our ancestors, based on values of goodness and wisdom, continues to guide us.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4759\" data-end=\"4856\">Independence is the highest value, and every citizen must contribute to the nation\u2019s development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4858\" data-end=\"4964\">President Emomali Rahmon stated:<br data-start=\"4890\" data-end=\"4893\" \/>\u201cA new generation has emerged \u2014 free, forward-thinking, and patriotic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4966\" data-end=\"5101\">The people of Tajikistan will continue to develop the country, strengthen its global standing, and build a democratic and just society.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5103\" data-end=\"5250\">Akramova Nuriniso Akbarovna<br data-start=\"5130\" data-end=\"5133\" \/>Head of the Culture Department<br data-start=\"5163\" data-end=\"5166\" \/>Technical College of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.
